Great staff, not so great experience

The staff were fantastic, especially the lady at the front desk when we got there. But honestly, Kate was super rude about our rooms being together. We were questioned too much about our business for the government rate, which felt really disrespectful. At least the breakfast was nice! I wish they would improve on their customer service.

Clean room, comfortable room with a spacious layout and the added bonus of being able to stream from personal devices to the flat-screen TV during the Olympics, as well as the convenience of free wi-fi and easy access to the nearby Charlottesville Albemarle Regional Airport.

The indoor pool was a nice feature, but it wasn’t heated, which was disappointing. Although the breakfast selection was impressive with fresh orange juice available, I faced significant delays at check-in and my room wasn't cleaned as promised. The remote for the TV didn’t work, requiring a trip to the lobby for a replacement, which added to the frustration.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Staunton! The room was clean and had a cozy feel, making it perfect for our family. The pool area was enjoyable for the kids, and the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The room was super spacious with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Loved the fitness center and indoor swimming pool for some family fun. Breakfast included tasty egg omelettes and assorted pastries. Staff fulfilled our room requests, making the stay feel extra special.

Comfortable Stay with Great Coffee!

We spent a night in a spacious two-queen bed room. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the clean bathroom. The best surprise was waking up to exceptional coffee in the lobby. I'd recommend asking the staff for local dining tips. they were friendly and helpful!
